The wellbeing of all Harvest Inn guests and associates is our highest priority and we continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and find ways to make your stay with us safe and relaxing. We are fortunate to be surrounded by an abundance of fresh air and open spaces. With our 8 acres and 320 redwood trees flowing out onto expansive cabernet vineyards, outdoor corridors, 2 outdoor pool areas, individual HVAC units for each guest room and more, we are well positioned for natural social distancing. We’ve also made many adjustments to ensure you can come listen to the grapes grow, with peace of mind. You can find more updates on our current effort below.

Changes You May Notice:
While the Vineyard views, in-room fireplaces and acres of open air are here to stay, you will notice adjustments we’ve made to ensure a safe and healthy stay:
- Curbside check-in for a seamless arrival experience
- Contactless check-in and check-out
- Complimentary self-parking for all guests. Housecar and valet are not available at this time.
- Spa services are available through our partner, Health Spa Napa Valley. To book a treatment, please call 707-967-8800.
Changes You May Never See:
Many of our cleaning initiatives take place behind-the-scenes by our caring team. Our Wellbeing & Safety Commitment ensures the utmost hygiene and cleanliness for everyone who walks through our doors.
Rigorous protocols and ongoing training: We have rigid hygiene protocols and ongoing training for all of our associates. Protective equipment including masks, gloves and face-shields are used by our team as appropriate based on the specific task and temperature checks of our associates are conducted prior to their shift. Modifications have been made to our public spaces as well as our teams’ workspace to reduce surface and spatial contact.
State-of-the-art technology: We employ officially approved anti-viral cleaning solutions in our guestrooms, public spaces, and back of house.
Breathe Easy: All of our guestrooms feature heating and cooling systems that circulate air from within the room, so your air is your air. All guest rooms also have operable doors and windows which allow for fresh outside air at any time.
Wellbeing at the center of your stay: Multi-use and ancillary items and amenities have been removed from guestrooms and public areas, but are available upon request. Our team will not access your guestroom during your stay, though we are here to assist you with the services you desire upon request. Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are available to guests and team members in convenient locations throughout the property.
Third-party certified practices: We follow the guidelines of the AHLA Stay Safe program, are Clean + Safe Certified by California Hotel & Lodging Association, and recognized by AAA as a 4 Diamond property with Best in Housekeeping status. Our robust program was developed, and continues to be refined, based on guidelines from the Center of Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and local authorities.
