Set on eight acres of lush gardens, our seventy-four guestrooms border renowned Whitehall Lane Winery's fourteen-acre working vineyard.

An Elegant Affair
Parties of up to 140 attendees

Ceremony: Vineyard View Terrace
The Vineyard View Terrace borders the acclaimed Whitehall Lane Vineyard and is framed by a lush lawn and garden. Stunning vineyard views with a backdrop of the rolling hills of Napa Valley create an ideal setting for your ceremony. Wisteria vines on iron trellises frame the Terrace. Fragrant scents of lavender, roses and varietal flowers set the mood. A whimsical water fountain is the perfect touch for a romantic and relaxing ambiance.

Cocktail Reception: The Manor House Lawn
Enjoy cocktails with your guests on our expansive lawn surrounded by a grove of redwood trees, a thriving garden full of hydrangeas, roses and other seasonal flora. The handsome Manor House sets a dramatic backdrop to the garden, completing the tranquil atmosphere.

Dinner: Vineyard View Terrace
The Vineyard View Terrace is magically transformed into a beautifully elegant dining venue. Enjoy your special dinner as the sun sets beyond the vineyards and Napa Valley Mountains.

Evening Festivities: Vineyard View Room
Overlooking the Vineyard View Terrace, the Vineyard View Room is located on the ground floor and is 1,100 square feet - perfect for dancing and other wedding festivities. The large stone fireplace is the focal point of this spacious room, complete with beamed ceiling and oak plank flooring.

Ceremony & Reception: Vin Rose Lawn
The Vin Rose Lawn borders Whitehall Lane Vineyard and features our lovely white rose garden. This quiet, intimate area is the picture perfect setting for a ceremony and photographs.

Ceremony & Cocktail Reception: Fountain Terrace
This lovely patio features a beautiful tiered fountain, Redwood Trees and a garden backdrop. This unique venue is the perfect setting for your ceremony and cocktail reception. It is also a perfect venue for rehearsal dinners and post wedding brunches.

Dinner & Evening Festivities: Fountain View Room
This elegant ballroom is complete with chandeliers and a handcrafted stone fireplace. Exquisite French doors open onto the Fountain View Terrace enabling your guests to enjoy both the finer aspects of the indoor and outdoor facilities.

Elopements
Parties of up to 8 attendees

Ceremony & Reception: Vin Rose Lawn or Wine Country Suite
Enjoy the most intimate of ceremonies in the privacy of a Wine Country Suite or on our Vin Rose Lawn. Suites feature a dramatic wood burning fireplace and private terrace. Views of the acclaimed Whitehall Lane Vineyard, lush lawn and garden provide a stunning backdrop for your ceremony and celebration.

Pricing and Information

In order to ensure that your event is a success, a local wedding coordinator and caterer from our preferred lists must be secured at time of booking. These preferred partners have been chosen based upon their professionalism and previous experience at the Harvest Inn. We ask that your wedding coordinator be on site throughout your event so that you and your guests are able to relax and leave the details to an experienced professional. Please see our lists for special event professionals and catering options.

Please note that a preferred coordinator is not required for Elopements as these services are provided by the Harvest Inn and are included in the package pricing. Preferred caterers must be used for Elopements when applicable.

An Elegant Affair
Package includes:

• Rental of Vineyard View Terrace, Manor Lawn and Vineyard View Room from noon until midnight.
• **Four Vineyard View Guestrooms surrounding the event area.
• A heated tent on the Vineyard View Terrace November through March.

• Valet service is required at an additional charge of $500.00 for events 60 guests or more.

includes four Vineyard View guestrooms for two nights.
**Sunday to Friday Event Package Pricing: $12,000
includes four Vineyard View guestrooms for one night.

Monday to Friday (6pm to 9pm) Event Package Pricing: $1,000
